| I have had a meeting
with a representative of R. R. Donnelley relative to the publication of a station
history. They have been highly recommended for turning out top quality work. After
conversations wth them, I recommend we allocate $25,000 in the first quarter budget
for the anniversary booklet, which we propose to publish in two editions: a. deluxe
one for VIPs, and a soft cover for general distribution. The project may not run this high but we should be prepared. We will have to provide for other anniversary expenses in the first quarter too, such as the anniversary seal key chain. However, this should not be too costly.. John Gibbs had a long chat with Jules Herbuveaux and received from him two large scrapbooks filled vith all kinds of historical material which John says will be very helpful. The project is proceeding.
